It is better to do 3-4 different yoga pose in an hour. 1-2 yoga pose will be difficult. Before yoga, we need know main solving issue and then around this issue to imporve it.

Sun salutations are like stretching exercises for different parts of the body. Keep this pose for 15 mins
3.1-2 main solve issues exercise, such as improve pelvis. It could do tadasana and vrksanana etc.
Keep these pose for 20-25 mins.
4.Finally do savasana and let your body cool down and relax. Keep this pose for 15-20mins.
