Yoga make you nauseous that have following reasons. Please feel free to review it.
1.Lower blood sugar: If you don't eat anything when practice yoga. It coud not provide enough energy supply in the body. Thus you will feel nauseous. So it is better to eat something before start yoga. Such as drink some milk, eat one banana or biscuit or some nuts etc. These food are easy to digeste and provide energy to our body.
2.Dehydration: Yoga could make your body lose water.Thus you will feel uncomfortable and nauseous. So it is better to drink some little water during practice yoga.
3.Eatting too much: There are many twist and waist postures when practice yoga. The blood will be provided to our stomach when eatting too much that resulted indigestion. Finally, you will feel nauseous.
4.Practice too much: Many people would like to lose weight quickly, practice too much and exceed the limited of our own's body. Thus our body organs could not adapt that will cause discomfort and nauseous.
5.Squat down and rest immediately after practicing: It will affect blood circulation, the rhythmic contraction of muscles will be stopped.The large amount of blood that plan to entered into muscles that could not flow into heart through muscles contraction. Then it resulted in lower blood pressure and temporary ischemia in the brain. Thus it will be cause nauseous
