Yes, face yoga could help jowls. Normally some downward dog,headstand pose, shoulderstand pose etc. Here, let us show you downward dog pose 

1.Face down,belly to the ground,lying on the ground,keep your feet 30cm apart.

2.Place your palms on your chest, fingers straight pointing in the direction of your head.

3.Breathing and your body lifted on the ground,arms straight,head inward and move to your feet direction,head on the ground,elbow straight,stretch back.

4.Hip sit on your two feet.

5.Keep this pose for 1 mins and breathing deeply and relaxation.
