can you eat 0 carbs a day

Hi Beauty girls,

It is not good choice that eat 0 carbs a day. Carbs is one of the important nutrients our body required. Because our gut microbes need Carb.

We could not eat highly processed rice, noodles, bread etc high o carbs. These Carbs could not be absorbed by our small intestine. And it is easy to raise our blood sugar levels and conberted into excess fat and stored in our body. 

It is better to eat fresh grains, fruits, vegetables etc, not only include good quality carbs, also dietary fiber.  Dietary fiber is very helpful for our intestinal microorganisms. 70% of human body's immunity comes from the intestines.
