why yoga makes me sleepy

Many yoga pose could let all muscles group feel relax that will produce a lot of carbon dioxide and lactic acid. , Our body and mind will be feel relaxaion and then you will feel sleepy after we doing more practice yoga.

It is better that not go to sleep right now. Because yoga could help you burn fat. It will sleep immediately,your body fat will be accumulation. So we suggest you go to sleep after practicing 1-2 hours.
