You feel tired after yoga, maybe have following reasons.
1.Don't use correct breathing. Incorrect breathing or getting used to holding your breath could make you hypoxia.Thus your face will be red or white.
2.Your brain could not be quiet. There are thousands of mind in your brain.And you could not follow the step of classes. Thus you don't feel relax , but feel a big burden and tired.
3.Do corrrect yoga asanas and use accurate strength to exert force. Please don't hurry. And do every pose well.
4.Not in good condition.
5.Physically weak. It is better to start from simple pose and short time for practicing if your body are weak.
