We could do down wards facing dog and up wards facing dog pose.

1.Down wards facing dog function: Exercise the muscles and ligaments of your legs, especially stretching back of legs muscles. Relax your shoulders and improve blood circulation.

2.Up wards facing dog function: Eliminate stiffness in back,legs and shoulders.And open your back atissimus dorsi muscles. Thus your bad emotion will be released and will cry.
