Normally, Yoga is benefit for body, due to it could improve flexibility, strength and relaxation. Surely, it will worse your back pain if do incorrect posture. 

Here, i would like to share why yoga maybe worse back pain

  1. Muscle tired: You might stength your back and waist muscles when pratice yoga.Don't do too much more time when you just start. Or your muscle will feel very tired, then come out soreness feeling.

  2. Incorrect posture: Please do it under qualified instructor and do correct posture. Or it also hurt your back or waist and will be injured.

  3. Do warm -up : Please don't forget to do some warm-up when start yoga. Thus it could activate muscles

  4. See doctor: Sore back muscles will last 1-2 days is normal situation. If lasts long time, please go to hosiptal to check and source the inner season to keep your healthy.
