Hi Beauty girls,

There are 4 yoga types. It involves Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, Jnana yoga and Raja yoga.

1.Karma yoga focus on pose. It is suitable for some extrovert and active people group.It teaches people to forget earn and loss.They think best friend and worest person are themselves。All are decided by their action.

2.Bhakti yoga focus on emotional people.And they think god is the love. Normally they pray,worship etc put themself to god and transform their emotions into love and devotion.Sing hymns is their main course

3.Jana yoga focus on knowledge and wisdom. It is the hardest of yoga type. It explore yourself through your heart. Firstly, practitioner need practice others yoga types. Because no state of forgetfulness, no love god, no energy , no patience then dream come true by myself,finally must be no succeed. 

4.Raja yoga focus on clean body and spirit practice. It include 8 limbs(Yamas, Niyamas, Asanas,Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi). Please feel free to browse my another title 'what are the 8 stages of yoga".
