Yes, can yoga be done after c section. But it is better to practice yoga after 6 month. Because it need some time to heal the wound for c section(at least 42 days). It is the repair period of the endometrium. How to avoid injuries for C section?

1.Ask for doctor: It is good to hear doctor's advise before start any exercise include yoga.

2.Start slowly: Due to your body still are not strong for muscles,abdomen, uterus and joints etc.

So it is better to do some low intensity exercise, such as breathing, strength, relaxation etc.

3.Listen to your body: If you feel any discomfort, any unusual symptoms, stop immediately and consult your doctor. And it is better to follow professional instructor to avoid some injuries.
