how effective is chair yoga

The  chair yo has following function. The posture could relieve shoulder stiffness, correct any minor deformity of the legs,buttocks muscles are also balanced developed,the diaphragm is lifted and the heart is gently massaged. Strengthen the abdominal organs and back,fully expands the chest.

How to do it?

1. Stand in mountain pose, straighten your arms overhead, palms together.

2. Exhale and bend your knees ,lowering your torso until your thighs are parallel to the floor.

3. Don't bend your body forward, keep your chest as far back as possible and breathe normally.

4.Keep this posture for 30 seconds

5. Inhale, straighten your legs, lower your arms, return to moutain pose and relax.
