what to do before and after yoga

Hi Beauty girls,

It is better to us to do some prepare things before and after yoga. Thus it could help us to keep safe and more better to finish practice.

Before yoga

1.Choose right time: It is better to practice in the morning or evening when body is more relaxed.

2.Choose soft clothing: Wear loose and comfort clothing to avoid any sense of bondage.

3.Eat some light meal : It is better to eat some light meal before 1-2 hours to avoid heavy meals to let your stomach feel discomfort.

4.Bring necessary yoga equipment: Such as bring yoga mat, water bottles, towle and blocks etc.

5.Choose a quiet place: Choose a quiet and clean place to help you focus on practicing.

6.Warm up: Please do some warm up strength pose and active all of your body muscles to avoid get injuries.

After yoga:

1.Do savasana: Take 15-20 mins to savasana pose to relax all of your body.

2.Drink some water to replenish missing water.

3.Eat some healthy food to force your power.

4.Take a shower and keep your skin clean and also help you feel more relaxation.
