Yogis could follow strictly yoga 8 limbs. Which 8 limbs?
1.Yama: Don't break the law and obey the law.
2.Niyama: No overeating, no smoking etc.
3.Asana: Do yoga every day to let body keep balance.
4.Pranayama: Correct breathing to improve nerve.
5.Pratyahara:Release yourself from all senses and not be enslaved by them at all.
