Digestive organs is enjoyed automatic and light massage and could keep our digestive organs healthy. Normally breathing, our abdominal exercise could massage the digestive organs. The abdominal muscles will be shrinked when you exhale and push the abdominal viscera. The diaphragm presses the internal organs to move downward and forward,the abdominal muscles will be relaxed and also gently massage the abdominal muscles. Just only our abdominal muscles strong and elasticity that could promote automic massage.It could not massage our digestive organs and that our digestive organs will be have issues if our abdominal muscles not strong. So yoga asanas is good for all abdominal muscles exercise.
