Hi beauty girls and handsome boys. To be honest, it is very difficult to grow height when do year at 16. Especially for giris,the growth plates was closed at age 14-16 years, boys age 16-18years. Because the height is decided on gene and the growth plates.   


Maybe, it is a little chance for boys to increase height combine jumping sports to yoga. Such as playing basketball, pulling horizontal bar, Jumping rope etc. Additionally, yoga could improve flexibile , strength. The body figture looks very straight if you insist on practiong yoga for long time. Thus it looks the height increased on eye view.
