Aboustely, it is perfect age to do yoga at 50. At the age of 50, you have much more time and space to pratice yoga. Your children are older. Your job already gradually stabilized. And your busy life also slowed down day after day.  You look more mature and calm down in your heart. 

Yoga is a self-cultivation that combines the mind and body. It could help older charming ladies to build vitality.  Yoga can improve flexibility, strength, balance and posture and reduce inspirt stress to promote relaxation. 

However, Young people tend to be impetuous and pursue many things quickly. So, young people  are often lack motivation and persistence in practicing yoga.

 Warmly reminding that if you just start do yoga, it is better to pratice together with a qualified instructor to avoid your body injure. 

Additionally, always listen to your body and communicate with your yoga instructor about any concerns or modifications you need. 

It is a amazing better health and wonderful journey when start yoga at 50.
