1.Correct breathing: We could feel relax of the body and improve concentration when we do deep and steady breathing. Thus it could help our spine lengther.
2.We try to keep neutral spinal posture and avoid rounding or back straightening. Learn correct postures such as cow face pose, mountain pose etc to help your spine lengthen and maintain its natural curvature.
3. Progressive lengthening is the key important development of the spine. Start with simple stretches, gradually increase the difficulty and challenge to allow the spine to adapt gradually lengthen. Such as cat pose and dog pose and eventually try more challenging handstands and backends.
Pay attention please, it is better to do stretches slowly and don't force your body into uncomfortable positions.
4.Core muscles: Core muscles are the key to support the spine. Please strength the participation of core muscles group when practice yoga. It could provide better stability and balance to help the spine to be better elongated.
