8 stages of yoga include Yama, Niyama, Asana, Prana Yama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi. Let us discuss what is meaning for 8 stages of yoga.
1.Yama: Yama include ashimsa,honesty no stealing,quiet in heart, no greed.
2.Niyama: Niyama include: clean (innner heart and outside body), spiritual contentment, enthusiasm,study by myself, Isvara pranidhana
3.Asana: Asana could improve all of our body muscles group,nerve, glands .It could let we keep good figture, good healthy and could exerciase our brain and physical body and spirit.
4.Prana yama: Breathing is the most important life energy. Correct rhythmic slow and deep breathing could enhance the function of the respirattory system, smooth the nervous system and reduce greed and distracting thoughts and be more focus on some good things.
5. Pratyahara : The senses are withdrawn from external outside environment and our mind control of the senses.
6.Dharana: Dharana means focus on. Don't thinking too much.
7.Dhyana :Dhyana means focus on one thing and don't be impacted by outside any thing. And your inner heart will be very quiet.
8.Samadhi: It is a state of complete liberation and bliss, no want anything, desiring nothing .
