Yoga practice not only increase our body physicial flexibility, balanced, reduce stress,but more important that it could help women's improve anterior pelvic tilt, fake hip width, high and low shoulders, buttocks sunken etc. It is very suitable for maternity that already gave birth to babies.

The body will secrete a type of relaxin when a women is preganat. So all of body muscles will be lose, the uterus becomes enlarged,internal organs also will be down gradually.  So it is better choice to practice yoga to solve all body issues. Because yoga could adjust all of our inside body.Just only inside organs were be adjusted, so all outside body physicail will be better.
