The meditation at the end of yoga called sleep meditation(Savasana). Like following posture.

1.Lying completely on the ground like a corpse.Keep your hands some distance away from your thighs ,palms facing up.

2.Closed eyes. Heels together, toes apart.

3.At the start, long and deeply breath. Then slowly your breath. Don't make any violent breathing movements that disturb your spine or body.

4.Focus on long deeply breath.The norse could not feel the warmth of the breath.

5.Relax completely and exhale slowly.

6.Keep this pose for 15-20 mins.

7.It is easy to go sleeply when you start to practice this posture.

In a word, this pose could help feel relaxation and keep your heart more quiet.
