can we do yoga in periods

Hi Beauty girls,

We could do some simple pose when in periods, such as Sun Salutation 

For Sub b include 8 different asanas. It could improve our flexibility and adjust breathing and focus on our awareness and make people's all body system are in coordination.

Let us see Sub b function(see following details).

1.For body: It could adjust body digestion system,endocrine system and circulatory system balanced. Relieve constipation, hypotension and fat etc diseases, eliminate carbon dioxide and provide sufficient oxygen to the body that could be beneficial to the health of lungs.

2.For spirit: It could pass oxygen to our body and help people awake from tired situation. And also help people get inner heart quiet.

3.For energy: It could strengthen and balance our body energy.
