Bandha is the key of practice breathing. It could prevent energy lost and transport energy to middle of Chakra. There are total 4 bandha , include jalandhara bandha, moola bandha, uddiyana bandha and Maha bandha.
Pranayama not only exercise breath, also our breath organs have awareness, rhythmic, strong expansion. Pranayama is the key important of practice yoga. It is the bridge between physical exercise and spiritual cultivation.
