We could do some yoga asanas and breathing practicing to improve people's digestion.
Such as yoga asanas include Paschimottanasana, Parivrtta P aschimottanasana, all Sirsasana and Salamba Sarvangasana,Maha Mudra and Paripurna Navasana etc.
For example Surya Bhedana Pranayama. Here, we would like to show how to practice it?
1. Sitting with Siddhasana with back straight, the left hand pressed on the inner side of knee by wisdom mudra.
2. The thumb control the right nostril, the ring finger control the left nostril.
3. Seal the left nostril and narrow the right nostril a little to allow the airflow to be more concentrated and fully open the right meridians.
4. Breathing slowly and deeply through the right nostril to fill the lungs, then seal the right nostril, breathe for 5 seconds and activate mula bandha at the same time.
5.Keeping the right nostril closed, open the left nostril and exhale slowly and deeply.
6.Keep above for 5-10 mins.
Then we change Inhale through the left nostril, breathe through the right nostril. Also keep above for 5-10 mins.
Surya Bhedana Pranayama could help me active interal organs, adjust nerve system and improve people's digestion. So it is better to practice every moring without eating anything.
