why no yoga during menstruation

Hi Beauty girls,

Actually, we should avoid to do some yoga asanas during menstruation. Especially, we could not head standing pose, shoulder standing pose etc. Because these pose squeeze the female pelvis.

But it is good to practice Upavis-tha konasana, Baddha Konasana, Virasana, Janu Sirs-asana, Paschimottanasana, Uttanasana etc. These pose could help pelvis blood circulation.
