Normally, yoga is a low-impact aerobic exercise. But it also cause joints pain. Why? Please feel free to check following some descripition.
1.Incorrect postures: Yoga involve many kinds of different postures. If do incorrect postures that could provide more stress on joints.
2.Overtime exercise: Even though yoga could provide us flexibility, strengthen and balanced and overall well-being. If we practiced too long time for each day, it will hurt our body muscles and joints etc. So reasonable exercise time and strengthen is very important and listen to your body always.
3.Don't do perform warm-up activities: It is easy to hurt your muscles group and may also cause symptoms of joint pain if not do any perform warm-up activities .So it is nessary to do warm-up activiteies before any exercise to avoid injuries.
