1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zens.yoga purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange items subject to the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items with signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be accepted.

  • Exclusions (Final Sale): Items marked as "Final Sale," gift cards, and  innerwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to returns@zens.yoga with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, stating the reason.

  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address. Returns sent without a valid RA number will be rejected.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured method.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (defective product or wrong item shipped), we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and cover all associated shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind/Size Exchange: For returns due to a change of mind or requests for a size exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Processing

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item.

  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge once we have received and inspected the original item.
